  • Casa del Herrero 1387 East Valley Road Montecito, CA, 93108 United States (map)
JUNE 23, 2024 | 11:00-2:30 PM (Sunday)

Join us for our first hands-on cooking class at our historic property! Guests will enjoy a unique culinary adventure celebrating the art of using homegrown seasonal ingredients.

Esteemed chef and cookbook author Pascale Beale will lead the class, expertly crafting an array of exquisite dishes bursting with the flavors of fresh herbs that will be harvested together from our enchanting gardens.

The class will then head to our iconic loggia and learn how to make the five course:

— Watermelon Gazpacho

— Casa del Herrero Salad & Herb Vinaigrette

— Farro with Herbs and Snap Peas

— Salmon with slow-roasted herbs and nuts

— Spring Stone Fruit Pavlovas

This farm-to-table experience will include a sit-down lunch after the class, where guests can discuss what they've learned and enjoy their summer-inspired dishes together, all set against the stunning backdrop of Casa del Herrero.

Each guest will also receive a complimentary subscription to Pascale’s online food memoir "9’ x 12’: Culinary Adventures in a Small Kitchen" and a jar of the ‘Casa’ herb vinaigrette, which we will make on the day of the class.

We hope you can join us for this truly immersive and unforgettable culinary class!

Admission is $180

Registration is required. Parking is limited so carpooling is encouraged.

This event is weather permitting and will be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
